       Product Introduction
       The real stone paint equipment is a new type of mixer designed and developed by our factory based on the technical characteristics of the real stone paint process. It integrates scraping and mixing to quickly and evenly mix materials and effectively eliminate dead corners. Mixing form: frame type mixing with scraping wall, with spiral added in the middle.
       The structure of the mixing tank: The mixing tank is composed of the mixing tank body, mixing tank cover, agitator, support, transmission device, shaft sealing device, etc. It can also be equipped with heating or cooling devices according to process requirements. The upper part of the mixing tank cover is equipped with a transmission device (motor or reducer), which drives the agitator inside the mixing tank by the transmission shaft. If there are other requirements, they can be customized according to user requirements.

       Features of the real stone paint mixer:
       True stone paint is a very viscous liquid material. During its production, the base liquid (foaming agent, thickener) is first stirred, and then solid powder materials are added. Therefore, our company has made more precise adjustments to the mixing process, especially to prevent this material from sticking tightly to the cylinder. A stainless steel pot brush has been added at the outermost end of the mixing shaft.
