       2、 Structure points of reaction kettle
       The reaction pot consists of a pot body, pot cover, agitator, heating jacket, support and transmission device, shaft seal device, etc. The pot body, pot cover, agitator, shaft seal, etc.
       The pot body and lid are connected by a flange seal, with a discharge hole at the bottom of the pot body and a stirrer inside the pot. Process pipe holes such as feeding, stirring observation, temperature and pressure measurement, steam extraction and fractionation, and safe venting are opened on the pot cover.
       The heating jacket of the reaction kettle is equipped with inlet and outlet oil (steam) temperature measurement, vent steam valve, electric heating rod and other connecting holes.
       Due to different production processes and operating conditions, users may have different requirements for pot cover process opening, mixing types (including slurry, anchor, frame, screw, etc.), support types (hanging or support), and packing sealing. They can contact our factory for further design.
       Reactors are mainly used in the production processes of hydrolysis, neutralization, crystallization, distillation, evaporation, sterilization and storage in industries such as pharmaceuticals, chemicals, food, natural seasonings, food additives, and light industry. The reaction kettle can be made of stainless steel materials such as SUS304 and SUS316L. Agitators include anchor type, frame type, paddle type, turbine type, scraper type, and combination type. The rotating mechanism can use a cycloidal pinwheel reducer to meet the special reaction requirements of various materials. The continuously variable speed reducer can use mechanical seals for its sealing device, and structures such as jacket, half tube, coil, Miller plate can be used for heating and cooling. The heating methods include steam, electric heating, and thermal oil to meet the technical needs of different working environments such as acid resistance, high temperature resistance, wear resistance, and corrosion resistance. Can be designed and manufactured according to user process requirements.
       Description of the main structure of the reaction kettle
       The reaction kettle is mainly composed of four major components: inner tank, jacket, mixing device, and support seat (insulation structure can be used according to process requirements).
       1. The inner tank body is made of stainless steel (SUS304, SUS316L, or SUS321) and other materials according to the process requirements. The inner surface is mirror polished and can be cleaned online through CIP and sterilized through SIP, meeting hygiene standards.
       2. The jacket should be made of stainless steel (SUS304) or carbon steel (Q235-B) according to the process requirements.
       3. Suitable diameter to height ratio design and customized mixing devices as needed; The mixing shaft seal adopts a pressure resistant sanitary mechanical sealing device to maintain the working pressure inside the tank and prevent unnecessary pollution and material loss caused by material leakage inside the tank.
       4. The support type shall be either suspended ear type or floor standing leg type according to operational requirements.
