Coating production equipment

       1. The HYC-2000 coating equipment process was developed by the Polymer Research Institute of Anhui University and the Third Design Institute of the Ministry of Chemical Industry. The entire equipment is divided into nine systems
       1) Vacuum feeding system;
       2) Pressure discharge and filtration system;
       3) Pulping system;
       4) Paint mixing system;
       5) Cooling system;
       6) Pipeline system;
       7) Electrical control system;
       8) Operating platform;
       9) Automatic canning system.
       2. The annual production is between 2000-3000 tons, with an average of 2 tons produced every 1.7 hours.
       3. The fineness can reach below 15 micrometers.
       4. All stainless steel parts are mirror polished, beautiful and elegant.
       5. The vacuum feeding system greatly reduces labor intensity, eliminates dust flying, and improves the working environment. If conditions permit, various feeding tanks can be placed in the powder bin room, isolated from the production area, and can be buried underground. Only manual carts are needed for feeding.
       6. The vacuum system can not only complete the feeding process of raw materials, but also basically realize vacuum degassing in the kettle when making slurry to reduce the production of foam.
       7. The pressure discharge system can completely press out all the remaining slurry and paint in the pipeline, minimizing waste and saving a lot of costs for enterprises.
       8. The kettle is equipped with a horizontal sand mill, which circularly grinds the materials inside the kettle to ensure that the fineness and quality of the materials meet the stringent requirements of high-end coatings, and completely eliminates dead corners.
       9. The entire system operation is designed to be user-friendly, with simple and convenient operation. The entire equipment is operated by two workers.
       10. The entire production process fully complies with ISO14000 environmental protection requirements and meets the process requirements for green coatings newly issued in China.
       11. High production efficiency, taking the output efficiency of each qualified finished product as an example, it is 3-4 times higher than traditional equipment.
