Vibrating screen

       A vibrating screen is a high-precision fine powder screening machine, which works by using an upright motor as the excitation source. Eccentric weights are installed at the upper and lower ends of the motor, transforming the rotational motion of the motor into horizontal, vertical, and inclined three-dimensional motion, and then transmitting this motion to the screen surface. Adjusting the phase angle of the upper and lower ends can change the movement trajectory of the material on the screen surface. Due to its vibration operation principle, many enterprises also refer to it as a "three-dimensional vibration screening filter". According to its external structure, it is called a circular screen by some customers. From the material perspective, it can be divided into standard type rotary vibrating screens and ordinary type rotary vibrating screens. The standard type is made of 304 stainless steel material in contact with the material, and the base is made of carbon steel material, The ordinary type is made of plain carbon steel material.
