       The high shear mixing emulsifier is the latest product developed by our factory with the help and guidance of the Ministry of Chemical Industry, introducing advanced foreign technology and developing our own products. It is world advanced and domestically pioneering. The high-speed cutting of machinery and fluid is the key to the success of this equipment. The precise fit between the rotor and stator ensures that the processed material can withstand tens of thousands of shear forces per minute. Several interchangeable stator heads cover a wide range of applications, including any process that requires stirring, homogenization, crushing, suspension, and dissolution in cosmetics emulsions and even adhesives. In order to meet different process requirements and expand the scope of use, we have specially designed three different types of interchangeable stator heads, which are removable, clean, and made of stainless steel. The size of the stator head varies with the power of the motor.
