Pipeline emulsifier

       The pipeline emulsifier is used for emulsification, homogenization, and dispersion of industrial production and pilot products. This machine is composed of three or more layers of dual interlocking rotating stators. The materials are sheared, dispersed, and emulsified layer by layer, and the processed materials are sucked into the rotor to withstand hundreds of thousands of shear effects, ensuring the high dispersion of multiphase liquids and the rapid refinement of fixed particles.
       The pipeline emulsifier adopts a specially designed combination of high-speed rotor and stator. Under the drive of the motor, the rotor generates strong kinetic energy with its extremely high linear speed and high-frequency mechanical effects, causing the material to be subjected to comprehensive effects such as shear, centrifugal compression, liquid layer friction, impact tearing, and turbulence in the precise gap between the rotor and stator, thereby achieving the effect of dispersion, grinding, and emulsification.
