Product Introduction
Overview:
The transmission spindle of the mixer is equipped with double-layer spiral blades. The internal spiral transports the material outward, while the external spiral aggregates the material inward. The material forms a low power and efficient mixing environment under the convective motion of the double-layer spiral belt. The inner and outer spiral installed on the mixing shaft drives the material inside the barrel, allowing the agitator to flip the material within the maximum range inside the barrel. During the operation of the mixing device, the inner screw drives the material near the axis to rotate axially, pushing it from the inside to both sides. The outer screw drives the material near the barrel wall to rotate axially, pushing it from both sides to the inside. This mixed material can be uniformly mixed in a short period of time.

Bottom discharge method of mixer: The powder material adopts a manual rotating discharge valve structure, which has the advantages of fast discharge and no residue; High fineness materials or semi fluid materials use manual or pneumatic butterfly valves. Manual butterfly valves are economically applicable, and pneumatic butterfly valves have good sealing performance for semi fluid, but their cost is higher than manual butterfly valves. In situations where heating or cooling is required, a jacket can be configured. There are two heating methods to choose from: electric heating and thermal oil heating: electric heating is convenient, but the heating speed is slow and energy consumption is high; Heating thermal oil requires the configuration of an oil pot, oil guiding power, and pipelines, which requires a large investment, but the heating speed is fast and the energy consumption is low. The cooling process can directly inject cooling water into the jacket, which has a large heat exchange area and fast cooling speed. The motor is directly connected to the mixing spindle through a cycloidal pinwheel reducer, which has a simple structure, high reliability of operation, and convenient maintenance.
Applicable scope
Widely used in the mixing of putty paste, real stone paint, quartz sand powder, starch, rubber additives dry powder, putty, medicine, food, chemicals, feed, ceramic powder, milk powder, soybean powder, refractory materials (i.e. powder to powder), solid slurry (i.e. powder to slurry liquid), especially suitable for mixing viscous materials. It has good adaptability for mixing materials with high fiber content and large density differences. For industries such as putty, real stone paint, biology, medicine, and food, it is recommended to use stainless steel material. Mixing dry powder sand slurry containing vitrified microbeads, it is recommended to use a horizontal screw belt mixing method.
