Product Introduction
The disperser is widely used as an efficient equipment for mixing, dispersing, and dissolving coatings and solids. It is widely used in chemical products such as coatings, inks, pigments, adhesives, etc. The machine is composed of five parts: hydraulic system, main transmission, mixing system, guiding mechanism, and electric control box. Each part has a compact and reasonable structure. Scattered disc types: flat serrated disc, triple paddle, disc, other forms.
Characteristics of disperser:
1、 The disperser adopts stepless speed regulation, including electromagnetic speed regulation, variable frequency speed regulation (such as for water-based coatings), and explosion-proof variable frequency speed regulation (such as for oil-based coatings). The stepless speed regulation function can fully meet the different process requirements in each process, and different speeds can be selected according to different process stages. Materials without additives and with high requirements for crystal package integrity are not suitable.
2、 The dispersion plate of the disperser is in a laminar flow state, and the slurry layers with different flow rates diffuse with each other, playing a dispersing role. The high-speed disperser has various functions such as hydraulic lifting, 360 degree rotation, and stepless speed regulation. Two to four containers can be configured simultaneously, with a hydraulic lifting stroke of 1000mm and a 360 degree rotation function, which can better meet the needs of one machine for multiple purposes. It can quickly switch from one cylinder to another for operation, greatly improving work efficiency and reducing manual labor intensity.
3、 The disperser forms a turbulent zone at a distance of 2.5-5mm from the edge of the disperser disk, and the slurry and particles are subjected to strong shear and impact.
4、 The disperser is mainly used for crushing, dispersing, emulsifying, and mixing liquid raw materials with different viscosity slurries. Through a new and efficient stirring equipment with high-speed operation of the upper and lower teeth of the disperser plate, the material is subjected to high-speed and strong shearing, impact, crushing, and dispersion, achieving the functions of rapid mixing, dissolution, dispersion, and refinement. The strong centrifugal force throws the material radially into the narrow and precise gap between the stator and rotor, while being subjected to comprehensive forces such as centrifugal compression, liquid layer friction, and hydraulic impact, the material is initially dispersed.
The high-speed rotating rotor of the disperser generates a linear speed of at least 15m/s, and the material is fully dispersed and broken under strong hydraulic shear, liquid layer friction, tearing and collision, while being shot out at high speed through the stator slot.
The material of the disperser is continuously ejected from the radial direction at high speed, changing its flow direction under the resistance of the material itself and the container wall. At the same time, under the action of the upper and lower axial suction forces generated in the rotor area, strong turbulent flow is formed in the upper and lower directions. The material undergoes several cycles and ultimately completes the dispersion process.
